**Role Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to join our specialist team. As a Support Worker, you will be working with adults in crisis, providing high-level support and creating safe environments.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting adults in residential settings or their own homes, confidence in working with colleagues during heightened behaviors, and the ability to use de-escalation techniques to keep individuals safe.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to dedicate your skills and experience to supporting vulnerable adults, providing day-to-day support with activities, appointments, and family contact. You will also be responsible for accurate reporting and information to support care plans and goals.

To excel in this role, you will need to evidence your ability to work as part of a team, handle challenging situations, and demonstrate sound communication and judgment.

**What We Offer**

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of £24,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Additionally, you will receive excellent communication and support from your Randstad local specialist team, access to training for professional development, and the opportunity to use your specialist experience and skills.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

**Salary:** £24,000 - £30,000 per annum
