As a Support Worker with Leonard Cheshire, you will be part of a dedicated team that provides exceptional care and support to our customers in Dumfries.

You will play a vital role in assisting with daily life tasks, including personal care, medication, and mealtimes. Your expertise will also be required to escort and assist in and around the service, at external events and appointments.

In addition to your core responsibilities, you will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and preferences, and support them in achieving their goals.

With our comprehensive training and induction programme, you will have the skills and confidence to succeed in this rewarding role.

The estimated salary for this position is £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
