- Manage a caseload across a regional area, working closely with families and healthcare professionals to provide seamless care.
- Administer specialist treatments for conditions, maintaining accurate clinical records and reporting adverse effects.
- Ensure compliance with professional standards and company policies, upholding the highest standards of care.
- Registration as a Children's Nurse with the NMC.
- Competency in administering IV therapies and managing stock, supplies, and equipment effectively.
- Strong communication skills, including listening and teaching, to simplify technical details for patients and families.
- A full UK driving licence for regional travel.
- Annual salary up to £37,960.
- Company car or car allowance of £4,887.50.
- NMC fees paid.
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
