We are seeking a reliable and organized professional to manage daily warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory control at our Bicester, UK warehouse. As a key member of our Excis UK team, you will ensure the smooth flow of goods from receipt to dispatch, maintain accurate inventory, and support the Warehouse Manager in optimizing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, assist with audits, and coordinate restocking to maintain supply availability.
  • Shipment Coordination: Oversee receiving, storing, and dispatching goods. Prepare shipping documents and track shipments.
  • Warehouse Operations: Optimize storage, ensure safety compliance, and support the team in daily tasks.
  • Cross-Departmental Support: Communicate with sales, customer service, and purchasing teams about stock and orders.
  • Record Keeping & Reporting: Maintain accurate records and generate reports on inventory and warehouse performance.
  • Team Leadership: Guide warehouse staff and act as a liaison between them and management.

Requirements:

  • Experience in warehouse management or logistics.
  • Proficiency in WMS and inventory software.
  • IT hardware and basic support experience is a plus.
