Job Title: Warehouse Operative

As a vital member of our depot team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of our parcels. Your attention to detail and ability to work under pressure will be essential in delivering our award-winning service to millions of customers across the country.

As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for unloading, scanning, sorting, and loading parcels, ensuring their journey through our network is safe and swift. You will work with a range of parcels, including large and heavy items, and must be able to lift, load, and carry them with ease.

Our depots operate 365 days a year, and as part of our warehouse team, you will be required to work shifts. We offer full training, uniform, and PPE to ensure your safety and success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Unload, scan, sort, and load parcels
  • Work with a range of parcels, including large and heavy items
  • Lift, load, and carry parcels with ease
  • Work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
Requirements:
  • Passion and self-determination
  • Eye for detail
  • Organised and able to work under pressure
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work across various areas of the warehouse
  • Ability to lift, load, and carry parcels
