**Job Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team at Willow Brook. The successful candidate will provide support to the Grade 4 class, working closely with the class teacher to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering lessons
  • Provide one-to-one support to students as needed
  • Lead group work and interventions to support student learning
  • Prepare work and materials for lessons
  • Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents

**Requirements**

  • Recent experience of working with children in Years 5 and 6
  • High standard of maths and written/spoken English
  • Sound knowledge of the Primary Curriculum
  • Ability to work alongside the class teacher
  • Skills to lead group work and 1:1 interventions
  • Knowledge and creative skills to prepare work
  • Confidence to provide effective feedback
