The Role:
Our organisation is seeking a skilled Skills Coach General to support the recovery of individuals with mental ill health. The post holder will be responsible for planning and delivering accredited employability and personal development programmes tailored to meet the individual needs of service users. This will involve providing training in employability and personal development, as well as preparing individuals for further education, training, or employment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver training programmes in employability and personal development.
  • Support service users to achieve their personal and professional goals.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive and effective service.
  • Provide guidance and support to individuals to help them progress towards further education, training, or employment.

Requirements:
  • RQF Level 3 qualification in a relevant field.
  • Experience of working with people with mental health needs or other disadvantaged groups.
  • Ability to deliver training in a group setting.
  • Full current driving licence and access to a car (or alternative travelling proposals for applicants with a disability).
