We are hiring for a Programme Facilitator to join our growing team in Portadown & Banbridge. The post holder will be responsible for supporting programme management in production phase through to delivery to customers, through close working with operations, aftermarket, engineering, and other key business functions. The role will also require the individual to support programme managers trough the lifecycle phases of their programmes

**Responsibilities**
- Management of the delivery of production programmes_
- Daily Management of programme deliverables to successfully deliver the product within time, quality, and cost constraints to support agreed delivery schedule
- Daily communication with the Senior Programme Manager ensuring the smooth delivery of any programmes
- Liaise with the relevant production team lead, attend daily operations meetings to receive up to date status of current production builds, including any programme risks
- Identify and mitigate programme level risks and issues and escalate where necessary
- Participate in continuous improvement within Programmes function
- Generating daily/weekly status reports
- Provide support in relation to customer and OEM meetings and deliverables
- Conduct general administrative tasks to support the delivery of the programmes
- Review and update TAS Connect daily, to ensure all dates are valid and correct and escalate any discrepancies as required
- Support weekly customer calls
- Generate change proposals (CCP’s) and manage change within the programme
- Support handover from Production to Aftermarket_
- Generate programme status reports
- Generate letters of commitment where required for delivery handover
- Liaise with aftermarket engineering to ensure any issues/changes are reported and fed back into the production team
- Provide support to programmes and aftermarket teams during post-delivery modification activities
- Liaise with aftermarket team to ensure costing for installations, service bulletins, warranty claims and engineering changes are incorporated into the programme P&L

**Requirements**:
**Essential**
- Hands-on experience with managing clients and teams
- Proven success in a corporate setting, working with all levels of management
- Ability to work additional hours to meet business needs
- 2+ years relevant project management or programme facilitation experience preferably within a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of processes and the ability to deal with multiple tasks and progress these to successful conclusions
- Excellent communication skills with demonstrable experience of using these skills successfully in a commercial environment
- Ability to work with deadlines and targets
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with programme stakeholders both internal and external
- Strong organisational skills
- Proficient in Word, Excel and creative software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Desirable**
- Project management qualification
- Third level education (or equivalent)
