Duty Pharmacy Manager Opportunity

Tesco Pharmacies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Duty Pharmacy Manager to join our team. As a key member of our pharmacy leadership, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and providing excellent customer service in our pharmacies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy management and a passion for leading and developing teams. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers alike.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate pharmacy operations to ensure high-quality patient care and customer service.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Contribute to the development of pharmacy policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Our Package:

  • A salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
