Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Regional Youth Development Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Regional Youth Lead, Development; District teams; and the Regional Youth Manager in increasing the number of young people who volunteer.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the effective implementation of youth recruitment, youth advocacy, and youth projects

• Collaborate with District teams to enhance youth engagement and volunteerism

• Work closely with the Regional Youth Lead, Development to achieve organizational goals

Requirements

• Proactive youth leader with excellent communication and project management skills

• Ability to manage complex change and prioritize tasks effectively

• Strong knowledge of youth development principles and practices
