This role involves working closely with the Associate Director, who will provide guidance and support throughout your career journey. With a flexible working arrangement, you will spend one day per week in the office, with the remaining time dedicated to remote work.

- A relevant degree and progress towards Chartered Engineer and/or Transport Planner certification
- Membership of a relevant professional institution (CIHT, CILT, IHE, TPS, ICE)
- Experience in spatial and urban design, transport planning/design, business case/economics, transport data analysis/modelling, GIS/Accessibility, Active Travel, Bus Infrastructure, development planning, travel planning/behavioural change
- Proficient in using and analysing data, producing high-quality reports
- Demonstrable experience leading and delivering various transport planning projects
- Application of current UK technical standards/publications, guidance, best practice, and legislation requirements
- Experience in Transport Modelling
- MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint proficiency; other software tools desirable (programming, databases, GIS, AutoCAD)
