Job Summary:
E.ON is seeking a skilled Lighting Infrastructure Development Assistant to join their team in Derby. This exciting opportunity involves developing your skills in power distribution engineering and contributing to the company's drive for efficiency and sustainability. As part of this role, you will work closely with experienced professionals and mentors to gain a comprehensive understanding of the power engineering industry. Your tasks will include:
  • Assisting in lighting infrastructure development, maintenance, and cable jointing
  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of the power engineering industry
  • Gaining hands-on experience in site-based environments, including public highways and construction sites

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 GCSEs grades A-C / 9-4 (or equivalent) including Maths, English Language, and Science. Additionally, you should demonstrate a real interest in engineering through relevant work placements, studies, hobbies, or projects.

Estimated Salary:
£24,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
