We are seeking a highly skilled Governance and Compliance Manager to join our team at M Group Services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy of all compliance and performance data, as well as providing critical path support to our Field Operation and Seeka Support Teams.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with our operational teams and support functions to identify and implement performance improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with our Client Relationship Manager to ensure all client requirements are fulfilled from a reporting and compliance perspective.
- Provide detailed reporting and analytics to our leadership team to aid efficient management of performance, compliance, and governance.
- Establish robust business processes and systems for areas of responsibility.
- Manage specific projects as needed and report accordingly.
- Significant experience of producing and delivering corporate governance and data reporting.
- Proven history of interpreting KPI data and producing material to support continuous improvement.
- Ability to identify business risks and design and implement plans to mitigate those risks.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Relationship management with stakeholders.
