Behaviour Support Teacher Assistant for SEN Students

The ideal candidate for this Behaviour Teaching Assistant role will be confident working with young people who have SEN, challenging behaviour, and SEMH needs. You should possess strong behaviour management skills and be able to support students in the classroom, one-on-one, or in small groups.
About the Role
In this position, you will work with students who exhibit challenging behaviours or have special educational needs. Responsibilities include assisting students in maintaining their interest in their academic studies, supporting students with Mental Health issues, challenging behaviours, Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), or ADHD.
