Role Overview:

As a Graduate Environmental Impact Assessment Specialist, you will be part of our Planning, Environmental Assessment and Management team. You will be responsible for improving the environmental performance and conducting impact assessments for a diverse range of sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct environmental impact assessments for large-scale infrastructure projects, mixed-use development schemes, public realm and master planning projects, and energy and power projects.
  • Work across the life cycle of projects and programmes from initial feasibility studies to Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) applications.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Graduating in or having recently graduated with at least a 2:2 in a relevant master's or bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Management, Earth Sciences, or equivalent.
  • Demonstrating typical Arcadian skills including Resilience, Creativity, Analytical Thinking, and being a Team Player.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to use technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders.
  • Will to travel and stay away from home when required.
  • Hold a full driving licence which allows you to drive in the UK.
