We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Environmental Impact Assessment Team Lead to join our UK team. With a proven track record of delivering high-quality EIA projects, you will lead the technical oversight and governance for water sector EIA development projects.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with colleagues across the UK and Ireland, bringing together existing practitioners and supporting further growth and capability strengthening. You will have substantial demonstrable experience (15 years+) in full EIA delivery, including screening, consultation, scoping, and ES delivery.

With a good understanding of the environmental consulting market across the UK and entrepreneurial flair, you will help us grow our teams within a collaborative and supportive environment. You will be responsible for mentoring and managing people and project teams, as well as delivering innovative solutions for clients.

You will have broad EIA technical and legislative knowledge and experience, with in-depth understanding of one or more environmental technical areas, such as geo-environmental, ecology, archaeology, landscape, acoustics, or the coastal/marine environment.
