About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Community Fundraising Lead to join our team at Charity People. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to engage communities in fundraising efforts, with a focus on schools, community groups, and challenge events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement fundraising strategies targeting schools, community groups, and challenge events
  • Build and sustain relationships with fundraisers, offering support and appreciation
  • Represent the Trust at various fundraising events, managing logistics and ensuring success
  • Collaborate with the team to align initiatives with the Trust's goals and promote activities through multiple channels
  • Raise awareness of the Trust's impact and inspire new supporters
  • Maintain accurate records, produce reports, and monitor progress
About Us

Charity People is an independent charity dedicated to enhancing the experience of patients and their families at Addenbrooke's and the Rosie Hospitals in Cambridge. We raise funds and make targeted grants to support projects that allow the hospitals to treat more patients, transform NHS care, and drive innovation through technology and research.
