Compliance Specialist

Ocado Group is expanding its team with a Safety Specialist to ensure compliance with National and International safety standards. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring products and systems meet required safety and regulatory compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide regulatory guidance and support to development teams and other key collaborators.
- Plan and manage compliance activities, including periodic reporting to stakeholders.
- Conduct product safety evaluations or manage outsourced product testing/certification as required.
- Review existing and emerging legislation for potential impacts and propose compliance plans.
- Perform and coordinate hazard and risk assessments for new product designs.
- Compile and maintain technical files for certification and regulatory compliance.
- Review and approve safety-related information prepared for manufacturing, end-users, and service personnel.
- Prepare compliance reports for product certification, regulatory bodies, and management as required.
- Participate in the analysis and resolution of field-related safety and compliance issues.
- Support the development and implementation of internal safety processes and procedures.
