Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Community Health Professional in Surrey Downs. As a key member of our Integrated MSK Service, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality physiotherapy services to patients in various outpatient settings. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, with a strong focus on patient-centered care.

The successful candidate will have a degree in physiotherapy, HCPC registration, and experience working in a rotational environment within the NHS. A good understanding of B6 MSK roles and responsibilities is essential, as well as knowledge of safeguarding policies and practices. The ability to supervise and coordinate junior staff is also required.

The salary for this position is £39,205-£47,084 per annum (pro rata inc fringe HCAS). We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for professional development and growth.
