We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Point Recruitment. As an integral part of our small but busy team, you will provide general administrative support to our Office Manager and contribute to the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities

* Provide administrative support to the Office Manager, including data entry and document preparation
* Assist the Bookkeeper with tasks such as data entry and financial reporting
* Greet visitors and provide a positive first impression of our company
* Perform other administrative tasks as required
Requirements
------------
* Mature attitude and strong communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in MS Office and data entry skills
* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Working Hours
--------------
* Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 8:45am - 3:30pm
* Thursday, Friday: 8:45am - 4:45pm
Salary
------
* £24,000 per annum
