About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our dedicated team. As a key member of our staff, you will provide person-centred care to vulnerable patients in their own homes.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a genuine interest in supporting individuals with varying healthcare needs.

This role involves providing daily support, administering medication, and assisting with personal care tasks. A full driving license and vehicle are essential for this position, as you will be required to travel to client locations.

Requirements and Benefits

  • A full driving license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • A valid DBS check
  • Right to work documentation

In return, we offer a competitive salary (£25,000 - £30,000 per annum), mileage reimbursement (45p per mile), and opportunities for professional growth and development within our organisation.
