Care Team Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Night Care Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality care to our residents, working closely with colleagues to ensure seamless transitions throughout the night shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional care to residents, prioritizing tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for hands-on care and mentoring junior staff members to achieve their full potential.
- Develop strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues, promoting a culture of respect and empathy.
Requirements:
- Hold a valid NMC License with at least 1 year of nursing practice experience.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and support your care team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a focus on maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines.
What We Offer:
- Salary: £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience.
