**Job Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced Planning and Control Manager to join our planning and control team in EngineeringUK. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the planning and control functions across multiple projects, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

In this role, you will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to coordinate project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. You will also develop and maintain project plans, including Gantt charts and critical path analysis, and identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the planning and control functions across multiple projects.
  • Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to resolve issues and optimize project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in planning and control or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.

Salary:** £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
