About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Manager to join our team at Together. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing CRM campaigns that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement CRM strategies across all audiences, including B2B and B2C communications.
  • Create and execute email campaigns that target specific audiences and drive business objectives.
  • Manage the CRM database and build campaigns based on insights and data analysis.
  • Write, build, and execute CRM campaigns using Click Dimensions.
  • Extract and export CRM data from Microsoft Dynamics to inform marketing communications.
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of CRM campaigns to drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement marketing automation processes that improve customer contact strategies and grow lifetime value.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and sign-off processes.
  • Manage budgets and support the Campaign Lead on other projects as required.
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role, creating and delivering CRM and email marketing campaigns.
  • Implementing initiatives to optimize campaign performance.
  • Experience in evaluating the value and ROI of CRM campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of customer segmentation and audience profiling.
  • Experience of marketing automation, developing bespoke customer journeys, and the role of email and CRM in that.
  • Data analysis to identify opportunities and drive activity through CRM.
  • Experience of understanding and communicating through the customer journey from prospecting to exit/win back.
