Job Title: Senior CRM Executive

The Senior CRM Executive is a key role at Together that requires the development and execution of CRM campaigns across various audiences. This position involves creating and managing email campaigns, designing them to meet campaign objectives, and utilizing performance evaluation to inform improvements and new activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute CRM campaigns across B2B and B2C audiences
  • Create a variety of HTML email designs, including copywriting
  • Liaise with relevant teams to gather content and assets
  • Utilize Click Dimensions to build and execute campaign emails
  • Identify and export relevant audience segments from Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Build effective email campaigns to support meeting overall campaign objectives
  • Analyse and report on the effectiveness and key learnings of CRM campaigns
  • Develop a test and learn capability to drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and sign-off processes
  • Deliver marketing automation processes that improve customer contact strategies, grow lifetime value, and acquire prospects

Requirements:

  • Experience in CRM and email marketing campaigns
  • Knowledge of marketing automation processes and CRM software
  • Ability to analyse and report on campaign performance
