UC Sales Professional

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated UC Sales Professional to join our team at iRecruit Partners Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of Unified Communications, IT, and Mobile MSP accounts.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of UC sales or business development experience and possess excellent relationship-building skills. You will work closely with the leadership team to identify opportunities for growth and expand our customer base.
Salary: £48,000 - £64,000 per annum (basic salary) + uncapped commission up to £82,000 OTE.

Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing UC accounts and identify opportunities for growth.
- New Business Development: Identify and close new business opportunities in IT & Mobile MSP solutions.
- Lead Generation: Network, cold-call, attend events, and leverage referrals to drive business growth.
- Client Engagement: Respond promptly to client inquiries, meet face-to-face, and develop tailored account plans.
- Cross-Selling: Maximise opportunities across our extensive product portfolio.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate customer data and ensure up-to-date records.
- Professional Development: Attend training and proactively develop knowledge and skills.
Requirements
- A full UK driving licence.
- Further education qualifications (preferred, not essential).
- Strong IT skills: Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Professionalism, discretion, and a passion for learning.
