Finance Assistant

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to provide accurate finance administrative support in a part-time capacity.
This opportunity is flexible to work around existing commitments, with the option to work 3 longer days or 4/5 shorter days.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process purchase invoices and credit notes in a timely manner
- Compile and process credit card expenses
- Generate sales invoices using Sage
- Execute payment runs monthly
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Support with month-end journals
- Reconcile petty cash
- Handle customer and supplier queries
- Manage stationery orders
- Perform ad-hoc admin duties when required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience with Sage 50
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
- Organisation and communication skills
- An eye for detail
