Job Summary:

SIG Plc, a leading supplier of specialist building materials to trade customers across Europe, is seeking a skilled HGV Class 2 Driver with Moffett/Hiab to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the safe transportation of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver goods to customers on a scheduled basis, adhering to strict timeframes and safety protocols.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of your vehicle, ensuring all loads are properly secured and transport documents are up-to-date.
  • Perform daily safety checks and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Valid Class 2 driving license.
  • Hiab/Moffett certification (desirable, with training provided by SIG if needed).
  • Valid CPC Card and Digi Tachograph card.
  • Experience in multi-drop driving for a delivery or distribution company.
  • A friendly, professional demeanor and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
