Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage day-to-day transportation activities, including fleet management and driver supervision.
- Oversee a fleet of 25 vehicles and 35 drivers, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor transport costs and performance to identify areas for improvement, implementing data-driven decisions.
- Leadership and Team Management:
- Effectively manage a team of drivers and logistics staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
- Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues promptly.
- Technical Skills:

Requirements:
