We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Psychology Graduate to join our team as a SEN Teaching Assistant at a leading Mental Health School in Oxford. The successful candidate will work closely with our experienced therapists and psychologists to provide support to children with complex mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to children with complex learning disabilities and mental health needs
- Assist in the development and implementation of personalized learning plans
- Work collaboratively with the therapy team to provide a holistic approach to student support
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
- Psychology Graduate with a strong understanding of child development and mental health
- Experience working with children with complex needs, preferably in a school setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
