Catering Role Overview

The Norse Group is seeking a Catering Assistant to support the catering service at Awliscombe Primary School. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the preparation, cooking, presentation, and service of nutritious food and beverages to students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the catering team in the preparation and serving of meals
  • Comply with food hygiene, Health and Safety, and Quality Assurance procedures
  • Provide excellent customer service to students and staff

Requirements:

  • Previous catering experience or willingness to be trained
  • Friendly and polite customer service skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines in a busy environment
