Job Title: Inclusion Centre Manager

We are seeking highly skilled professionals to contribute to our dynamic team at Novaeducationtrust.

Salary: £30,559 - £32,654 per annum (Scale 6)

About the Role:
  • Manage the Inclusion Centre on a daily basis, working within an agreed framework of supervision and coordinating with the SENCO to support Teaching Assistants.
  • Support Post 16 students as required.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation of inclusive learning strategies to ensure student success.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to develop tailored support plans for students.
