Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned General Manager to lead our team of employees across various departments, including Food and Beverage, Spa, and Events. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a luxury environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of employees to deliver a 5-star service across all departments.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, including F&B, Kitchen, Spa, Gym, Padel, and Membership.
  • Work closely with the finance team to ensure a profitable business.
  • Accountability for ensuring the smooth operation of the business and adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Plan and execute member events with the marketing team.
  • Maximize the guest experience through high standards and consistency in every department.
  • Responsibility of the P&L and implementing initiatives to drive secondary spend.
  • Identify training gaps and create solutions to develop the team.
  • Project manage refurbishments or additional offerings to the Club.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in luxury operations, F&B, and leisure.
  • Proven track record as a General Manager in a 5-star luxury environment, preferably in a health club setting.
  • Commercially astute and able to drive revenue growth.
  • Lover of hospitality and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a thirst for learning.
  • Empathy and a genuine interest in understanding the needs of others.
