Faculty Engagement Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual to join our Student Communities Team as a Faculty Engagement Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with academic staff and students to develop and implement initiatives that promote student engagement and community building.

Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing community organising strategies to engage students and promote student development
- Collaborating with academic staff to design and deliver co-curricular programs
- Fostering relationships with external partners to support student engagement and community building
We are offering a salary of £32,000-£37,000 per annum, depending on experience, which reflects the importance of this role in supporting the growth and success of our students.
