Role Overview

We are a leading specialist engineering services company delivering integrated solutions for complex energy and infrastructure projects and operating assets.

The role will report to the Operations Manager and will be in charge of leading multiple client contracts within our ad-hoc projects team, which can differ in size and be based both on and offshore.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering all aspects of the client account/contract, including sales enquiries, mobilisations, demobilisations, aged debt, equipment requirements, client meetings, planning & coordination, and technical support.
  • Acting as the client's representative in ensuring any wider EnerMech departments deliver as per commitments, while building strong relationships with all external customers.
  • Being the point of contact for EnerMech's core crew on a daily basis regarding any maintenance/operations, and attending client planning meetings to ensure mobilisation and gate compliance.
  • Managing weekly/monthly client reporting – ensuring all monthly reporting is completed.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable operational experience supporting client organisations with excellent safety behaviours.
  • A focus on customer satisfaction.
  • A mechanical background, ideally within Cranes & Lifting, however a technical discipline in a mechanical led background will be considered.
  • Strong commercial awareness with good technical awareness.
