Non-Surgical Hair Loss Industry Leader

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business at the forefront of the non-surgical hair loss industry. As a Business Growth Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive growth plan that scales the business across both B2B and B2C markets. You will lead a high-performing team, build relationships with suppliers and stockists, and work directly with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that drive revenue and growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, sales, and marketing, with experience in scaling businesses in the hair, beauty, or non-surgical hair loss industry. A proven track record of setting and achieving ambitious growth targets is essential, as is experience building and managing high-performing teams. Financial acumen and the ability to set budgets, analyse performance, and drive profitability are also critical skills for this role.
The salary for this position is estimated to be £65,000-£85,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including an annual bonus, 13th cheque, company shares, laptop, and mobile phone.
