Your Mission:
  • Craft a comprehensive growth plan to scale the business across B2B and B2C markets
  • Build and lead a high-performing team that shares your drive for success
  • Expand partnerships with suppliers, distributors, and stockists, leveraging our role as a distributor for world-leading brands
  • Innovate products by working with our in-house manufacturing team to create and launch new ranges that excite customers and drive revenue
  • Drive customer success by understanding their needs and providing solutions that help them grow their businesses, strengthening loyalty and boosting sales
What You Bring:
  • Proven experience in scaling businesses, particularly in both B2B and B2C markets
  • A strong track record of setting and achieving ambitious growth targets
  • Experience building and managing high-performing teams
  • Financial acumen, with the ability to set budgets, analyse performance, and drive profitability
