We're seeking a skilled Partnership Executive to join our team at Ghostbond UK Limited. As a key member of our sales and partnership development team, you'll play a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with stockists and salons. Your goal will be to drive sales growth, expand our customer base, and enhance our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:- Foster strong relationships with existing stockists, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Develop and execute strategies to onboard new stockists, ensuring seamless integration into our ecosystem.
- Deliver targeted education and training programs to enhance stockist knowledge and confidence.
- Analyse purchasing behaviour to identify trends and recommend relevant products for maximum impact.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement innovative marketing initiatives.
If you have a proven track record in sales, account management, or partnerships, preferably in the beauty or hair industry, we'd love to hear from you. You should possess excellent communication skills, be results-driven, and have a keen eye for creative solutions. Ambition, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn are essential qualities we look for in our ideal candidate.
