Job Title: MRI Radiographer

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced MRI Radiographer to join our team at the Cromwell Hospital in Kensington. As a key member of our Radiology department, you'll be responsible for performing MRI scans, developing and maintaining staff rotas, and supervising the professional standards and operational management of rotating staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform high-quality MRI scans in line with departmental policies and procedures
  • Develop and maintain staff rotas to ensure appropriate staff coverage on the respective scanner
  • Supervise the professional standards and operational management of rotating staff
  • Work cross-site, primarily based at the Basinghall Clinic but also flexible to work at the Cromwell Hospital
  • Deputise for the Superintendent Radiographer as appropriate
Requirements
  • BSc or DCR in Radiography (essential)
  • Substantial MRI experience (essential)
  • Competence to operate Philips and/or Siemens MRI systems (desirable)
  • Demonstrable experience in Contrast MRI (essential)
  • Ability to work under pressure and direct and achieve results
