Thrive Group is a dynamic company seeking an experienced Credit Controller to maintain customer accounts in line with our clients' payment terms and credit limits.

The Role:

  • Maintain credit control through phone, email, or post.
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of invoices, monthly statements, and overdue debtors letters.
  • Raise credit notes as necessary.
  • Receive and input payments; reconcile complex accounts on Sage.
  • Open new customer invoicing accounts.
  • Conduct thorough credit checks and set appropriate credit limits and payment terms.
  • Produce valuable reports on departmental, customer, and aged debt performance.
  • Monitor debtors' balances closely and identify potential issues to minimize risk.

Key Requirements:

  • Demonstrate exceptional accuracy in all communications.
  • Meet deadlines and adhere to established timescales.
  • Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Show enthusiasm for finance and its applications.
  • Prior credit control experience is highly desirable.

Estimated salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
