Support Worker

We are seeking a highly motivated and person-centered Support Worker to join our team in Tooting Bec. As a Relief Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals with learning disabilities to lead fulfilling and valued lives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct care and support to service users, enabling them to maintain their tenancies, participate in their local community, and develop independent living skills.
- Support individuals to achieve their personal goals and desired outcomes, including transition into adulthood, moving into old age, times of crisis or ill health, and end-of-life care.
- Work collaboratively with the service team to provide a high-quality service, ensuring the needs of service users are met.
- Participate in on-going training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- A supportive management team and good availability of work.
- Free mandatory and service-specific training, including the opportunity to complete the Care Certificate.
- A probationary bonus, pension contributions, 28 days Annual Leave, and company-paid enhanced DBS.
- The chance to work towards a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.
