About the Role:

In this role, you will have the chance to lead on the delivery of energy assessment projects, focusing on developing and delivering detailed energy strategies for complex residential and non-residential developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver energy strategies for residential and non-residential developments
  • Lead on energy assessment projects, including SAP assessment and OCDEA
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their energy needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Manage and deliver projects to high standards, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the consultancy, identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic partnerships

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree and/or substantial experience in the energy sector
  • 3+ years' experience in energy assessment and consultancy for residential and non-residential development
  • Membership or working towards a relevant industry body (e.g., CIBSE, EI, IMechE, IEMA, IEnvSc)
  • Experience and qualification in SAP assessment, OCDEA, SBEM/LCEA, energy strategy development, u-value calculations, and thermal bridging assessment
  • Project management experience, ideally for multi-service energy and environmental consultancy projects
