Dental Nurse Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dental Nurse to join our team as a Head Dental Nurse at North Street Dental Practice in Lewes.
About the RoleAs a Head Dental Nurse, you will be responsible for leading our dental nursing team and providing exceptional patient care. You will work closely with our dentists and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the dental nursing team to ensure excellent patient care and high-quality treatment outcomes.
- Develop and implement nursing protocols and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
- Collaborate with dentists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Provide training and support to dental nurses to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the development of the dental practice and its services.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Valid certification or diploma in Dental Nursing.
- Registration with the General Dental Council (GDC).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
