The Basic Salary for this role is £40,500 per annum, plus a Company Car Allowance of £5,500. A comprehensive Benefits Package, including Bonus, Overtime, Pension, 25 Days Holiday (plus Bank Holidays), and Healthcare, adds to the overall remuneration package.

This exciting opportunity is for a Crane & Lifting Equipment Engineer Surveyor to cover the Derby area on a Monday-Friday basis. The role involves visiting client sites to ensure all equipment meets Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards.

To be successful in this position, you will require:

  • HNC (or Equivalent) in Mechanical, Aeronautical, Marine, or Automotive Engineering
  • Hands-on experience with maintaining, servicing, and repairing crane & lifting equipment
  • Knowledge of LOLER & PUWER regulations
  • Able to work unsupervised and make decisions on equipment condition and future use
  • Able to work at height and in confined spaces
  • Strong relationship-building skills and influence over customers
  • Residency in or around the Derby area
