Equipment Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team at ReSource Roxbury, a construction and demolition waste processing facility. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment, including loaders and excavators, and performing routine maintenance and repairs. If you have a strong mechanical background and experience working with heavy machinery, we encourage you to apply.
About the Position:
The successful candidate will have a Massachusetts Driver's License, a Class 2A Hoisting License, and 2+ years of experience working with heavy equipment. They will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. In addition to operating equipment, they will manage and stockpile materials, transport materials for processing, and perform site maintenance and construction tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment, including loaders and excavators

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience working with heavy equipment
- Massachusetts Driver's License and Class 2A Hoisting License required
- High school diploma or equivalent, Mechanical Trade School certificate or degree preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Benefits:
Our competitive salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience. You will work a 40-50 hour workweek, Monday through Friday or Tuesday through Saturday shifts, with flexibility to work any assigned shift. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and holidays.
Work Environment:
ReSource Roxbury is a construction and demolition waste processing facility where equipment operators assist in unloading vehicles, stacking and storing materials, and loading outbound vehicles with recycled materials.
