About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant with Altogether Care, you will have the opportunity to make a positive difference in people's lives by providing support and assistance to individuals in their own homes.

Your role will involve empowering people to make their own decisions and choices, providing physical and emotional support, and helping individuals to participate in daily living tasks and activities. You will also be responsible for fostering positive relationships with the individuals, their families, colleagues, and other professionals.

We are looking for someone who is naturally caring, compassionate, and genuinely wants to make a positive difference in people's lives. If you are a team player who is passionate about delivering high-quality care, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and assist individuals in their own homes to live independently as possible.
  • Empower individuals to make their own decisions and choices.
  • Provide physical and emotional support to individuals.
  • Help individuals to participate in daily living tasks and activities.
  • Foster positive relationships with individuals, their families, colleagues, and other professionals.
