Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Implementation Consultant to join our UK-based Housing team at NEC Software Solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance in implementing NEC Housing systems, focusing on configuration and build.
  • Offer excellent advice to current customers using NEC Housing.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and communicate issues promptly to internal teams.
  • Develop and maintain training courses and solution design manuals.
  • Stay up-to-date with social housing management developments.
  • Travel throughout the UK to visit customer and company sites as required.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive expertise in using NEC Housing, ideally with experience in Allocations, Rents or Service Charge Modules.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality consultancy services to customers.
  • Ability to achieve positive customer feedback through effective delivery of consultancy and training services.
  • Proficiency in creating and maintaining training materials, including courses and solution design manuals.
  • Experience in handling multiple parallel projects.
