Key Responsibilities:
As a Duty Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
  • Leading a team of operational staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Developing and implementing plans to improve the centre's performance and reputation
  • Ensuring the smooth operation of the centre and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Contributing to the development of new initiatives and programs that promote physical activity and community engagement

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • NPLQ qualification (training can be provided)
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and think on your feet
  • Passion for the leisure industry and commitment to delivering high-quality services
