Starbucks Shift Supervisor Job Description

Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to lead and motivate our team at our Starbucks store in Bathgate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the store when the Manager is not present, ensuring seamless operations and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and engage the team to achieve sales and profitability goals
  • Manage store operations, including inventory, scheduling, and customer service
  • Collaborate with the Manager to develop and implement store strategies
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints
  • Maintain a clean and safe store environment

Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory experience in a retail or hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Knowledge of Starbucks products and services
