Starbucks Assistant Manager Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our EG Group team at our Starbucks store in Bathgate. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store, driving sales and profitability, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the store in the absence of the Manager, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Drive sales and profitability through effective inventory management, pricing strategies, and customer engagement.
- Ensure exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the Management team to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives.
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.50.
